Why DataMap

DataMap implements and integrates the ERPs that run finance and procurement at some of the largest companies in the world, including Google: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Coupa on top of them. We are a Microsoft, Coupa, Boomi, SAP, and Oracle partner. Most of our work sits where business process meets system design.

We are a small team doing enterprise-scale work. Real responsibility comes early, and the people who trained you are still in the room. We are an AI-first company: analysts here work with AI in the loop on every project.

How we hire

Apply, and you'll get a nine-minute problem-solving assessment. That's the entire first round. Score well and you get an interview, every time. No resume black hole, no weeks of silence.

The role

ERP Analyst IV is a senior leadership role focused on ERP strategy, business process automation, and large-scale enterprise implementations.

You'll run ERP projects end to end, working with executive leadership, IT, and business process owners to improve finance, supply chain, and procurement workflows. You'll own data-driven decision-making, AI-powered ERP analytics, and the next generation of automation. The goal is an enterprise technology leader who can modernize ERP, streamline operations, and make systems scale for global businesses.

What you'll do

7+ years of experience in ERP strategy and transformation

  • Lead large ERP implementations and upgrades
  • Oversee enterprise ERP configuration across finance, procurement, and supply chain
  • Manage automation strategy across financial operations, procurement, and inventory
  • Define data migration, integration, and security governance for ERP deployments
  • Work with technical teams to implement AI-driven analytics and predictive insights
  • Align ERP functionality with corporate strategy alongside executive leadership
  • Build dashboards and real-time reporting in Power BI and ERP analytics
  • Serve as the ERP subject matter expert for troubleshooting, performance, and compliance

10+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformation

  • Own the end-to-end ERP lifecycle, from process discovery to post-go-live optimization
  • Design and implement AI-driven ERP automation that is cost-efficient and scales
  • Drive ERP governance, compliance, and risk management for enterprise adoption
  • Partner with CIOs, CFOs, and IT directors on long-term modernization roadmaps
  • Oversee global deployment strategy, including multi-location standardization and localization
  • Lead cross-functional teams on data governance, security, and role-based access
  • Mentor and train ERP teams across the organization

Where it leads

We promote from within, and quickly for people who earn it. ERP Analyst IVs typically move toward:

  • ERP Analyst V — a global leadership role over multi-region rollouts and enterprise strategy
  • ERP Solutions Architect — designing scalable, AI-driven ERP ecosystems and automation frameworks
  • ERP Program Director — leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs
  • VP of Enterprise Systems — owning corporate ERP strategy and IT modernization
