Our office is at Aspiria in Overland Park, KS, in the Kansas City metro, and every open role is posted there. Postings describe a flexible work environment; the specifics for a given role are part of the interview conversation.

Do I need a Coupa certification to apply?

No. Consultant postings ask for a Coupa certification or the willingness to earn one, and keeping certifications current is part of the job — we support that.

How do the I–V levels work?

Consultant and analyst tracks run from I to V. Level I is written for recent graduates and early-career professionals (up to about two years). Level III expects roughly five to seven years of hands-on experience. Level V is a senior, lead-level role at ten-plus years. Each posting lists the experience expected and the salary band that goes with it.

Is the salary range on each role real?

Yes. Every role publishes its base salary band, and the numbers on this page come straight from the posting. Where you land in the band depends on experience and level; performance-based bonuses are on top.
