The role

Coupa Consultant II is for people with hands-on Coupa implementation experience who are ready to work directly with enterprise clients. You'll lead system configurations, process improvements, and integration work, with senior consultants and solution architects behind you.

You'll sharpen your technical depth while building the client-facing and leadership skills the next levels demand. The goal is a Coupa expert who delivers measurable results for global clients.

What you'll do

2+ years of Coupa experience

• Lead Coupa module configuration across P2P, Sourcing, Expenses, Contracts, and SIM
• Run business process analysis and turn requirements into system solutions
• Support integration work between Coupa and ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Workday)
• Tune procurement workflows and approval chains for efficiency
• Train and support end users so adoption sticks
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, working with our developers as needed

4+ years of Coupa and procurement-tech experience

• Serve as the primary consultant on end-to-end Coupa implementations
• Advise clients on practices, process automation, and change management
• Lead discovery, document business needs, and design solutions that scale
• Manage configuration, testing, and validation for new implementations
• Bridge technical and business teams so solutions meet both operational and strategic goals
• Support post-go-live optimization

• Coupa Consultant III — leading multiple implementations and complex system designs
• Solution Architect — owning technical and integration strategy
• Procurement Technology Lead — running cross-functional transformation programs

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience

• Hands-on experience implementing Coupa, Ariba, or a similar procurement platform
• Proficiency in Coupa P2P, Expenses, Contracts, SIM, or Sourcing
• Strong grasp of procurement, AP, and finance operations
• Knowledge of ERP integrations (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Workday)
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and improving procurement workflows
• Communicates clearly with stakeholders across departments
• Coupa certification, or willingness to earn one

4+ years of experience

• Track record leading Coupa implementations from discovery to go-live
• Expertise in solution design, workflow automation, and system integrations
• Has trained and mentored junior consultants
• Has managed client relationships and driven continuous process improvement
• Assesses business problems and delivers solutions that hold up
