The role

Coupa Consultant III is a lead role for consultants with deep Coupa implementation expertise who can run projects, work with executives, and improve how procurement actually operates.

You'll oversee full Coupa deployments, advise on practices, and design procurement solutions that scale. Your recommendations shape how Fortune 500 companies run source-to-pay. The goal is a senior procurement-technology expert who can lead enterprise-wide Coupa strategy and high-value engagements.

What you'll do

5+ years of Coupa and procurement-tech experience

• Lead full Coupa implementations from discovery to go-live
• Run business process analysis; identify and implement procurement improvements
• Drive configuration, customization, and workflow automation across Coupa modules
• Oversee integrations between Coupa and ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Workday)
• Work with C-level executives and stakeholders to align Coupa with business objectives
• Build and deliver training programs that drive adoption
• Troubleshoot, root-cause, and advise on procurement automation

7+ years of experience, including leadership on Coupa deployments

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients
• Own end-to-end solution design: configurations, approval workflows, compliance frameworks
• Guide organizations through complex procurement transformations, including change management
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to improve spend management end to end
• Lead multiple enterprise Coupa implementations at once
• Make executive-level recommendations on procurement technology strategy
• Mentor and train junior consultants and implementation teams

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience

• Hands-on experience leading enterprise-scale Coupa implementations
• Proficiency in Coupa P2P, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management
• Strong knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP, NetSuite, Workday, Dynamics)
• Analyzes procurement workflows and designs improvements
• Has made executive-level recommendations on procurement practices
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Coupa certification, or willingness to earn one

7+ years of experience

• Track record leading multi-million-dollar Coupa transformation projects
• Has managed several global Coupa implementations at the same time
• Expertise in solution architecture, system integrations, and workflow automation
• Mentors, coaches, and develops junior consultants and implementation teams
• Deep understanding of procurement technology trends, AI-driven spend analytics, and automation
• Executive presence; explains complex technical solutions to business leaders
