HOPCo: Optimizing Procurement and AP with Coupa and Microsoft Dynamics 365

The challenge

HOPCo — Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company — runs a multi-site healthcare operation on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Bringing procurement and accounts payable onto Coupa meant the ERP integration had to be seamless from day one: requisitions, POs, invoices, and payments in sync across both systems without manual re-keying.

What we did

DataMap implemented Coupa for procurement and AP and connected it to Dynamics 365 with DataMap Connect, our certified Coupa ↔ D365 accelerator — bi-directional sync, initial and delta loads, retry logic, and in-app error reporting. Business processes and workflows were optimized alongside the integration for efficiency and compliance.
